- 80g Carrot
- 300ml Water

How to Make Chicken with Potatoes in Microwave

Prepare all necessary ingredients for making chicken with potatoes in the microwave. Clean and rinse the vegetables.

Rinse and dry the chicken breast. Cut the chicken into pieces and place in a bowl suitable for microwave cooking. Pour some water over the chicken so it just covers the meat.

Place the chicken in the microwave, cover with a lid, and set to 'Microwave' mode at 1000W for 2-3 minutes.

Grate the carrot on a medium grater and add it to the chicken.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the chicken and carrot.

Cut the potatoes into strips and add to the vegetables with chicken.
