- 100g Sausage
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 40g Croutons
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste

How to Make Salad with Sausage

Prepare all ingredients according to the list. You can use either smoked or boiled sausage. Any croutons will work, or if you have time, make them yourself.
